Hi, I'm Gemma..
I created Ivanya Treatment Room in 2022 after deciding to step away from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world after 17 years. During lockdown and having young twins (Ivan and Anya = Ivanya), I decided I wanted to do something that I truly love and knew that I wanted to do something to help people with their health and wellness journeys.
I first discovered reflexology when my husband was unwell in 2007, and later used it to help me through 4 rounds of IVF and on my peri-menopause journey.
Knowing how much it helped me meant I wanted to share this amazing therapy with others. I already provide treatments as a Reflexologist, and am due to complete my higher level Practitioner degree in reflexology this Autumn, which means I will be able to provide specialist treatment plans and enhance my existing treatments.
I qualified in nails with The Gel Bottle (UK vegan & cruelty free products) in 2022 and facials in 2023 with the beautiful Eve Taylor natural skincare and aromatherapy products.

Currently all bookings are completed directly by myself. To book an appointment please call, text, message or email me your preferred appointment.
Once we have agreed a date your booking will be secure via Fresha and you will receive a text message confirming your appointment as well as an email.
The email outlines all the important information (like address, parking, payment methods) and also has a breakdown of your treatments, associated costs and duration of your appointment.
Yes! Parking is offered off road on our driveway at the front of the house. Free parking is also available on the road. Please park considerately as we are based in a quiet cul-de-sac area.
We accept all major cards via our SumUp machine including contactless and pay by phone.
We also accept cash but please note we do not hold change on the premises so be sure to have the correct amount.
Reflexology is a safe complementary therapy to receive. There are very few contraindications that would mean you couldn’t be treated.
These include: high fever, contagious disease, thrombosis/DVT (unless stabilised), under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Where there are instances that the feet cannot be worked on, then we would recommend treating the hands instead.
Yes! Gift vouchers are available to buy in the clinic or remotely.
Absolutely. However we ask that you provide 48 hours notice as this time has been reserved for your treatment and may not be able to be filled at short notice.
Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment will mean you will still be charged the amount of your treatment.

Having had my nails done for years by high street bars, the experience I have at Ivanya Treatment Room is incomparable. Gemma makes every visit bespoke to me, meaning specific treatment is offered each time, catered to my nail needs, with meticulous attention to detail given to each set of nails I have, and aftercare advice that is second to none.
